A workplace with a supportive environment makes employees feel valued, appreciated, and supported by supervisors and coworkers. According to Cameron and Seppälä (2015), an organization that provides its employees with a positive climate in the workplace is more likely to be successful and achieve higher levels of organizational effectiveness.  In my organization, the climate is very supportive. Employees, including myself, feel comfortable expressing ideas, thoughts, concerns, and ideas. In addition, workers are encouraged to work together and collaborate to achieve common goals.
